Jeremy was amazing! He did a helix piercing on my mom and I. Super friendly and professional! The experience was quick and easy and wasnt that painful; he is very experienced and gave detailed instructions on aftercare. Definitely recommend going to him if you're doing any piercings!

Very pleased with the experience. Took my 16 year old to get his ears pierced. Very seamless process. He loved it and it was very calming for me as well. Very happy with the sterile kits. I didn’t get to see if room was sterilized as I was still up front when he went back initially. As someone in healthcare that’s ALWAYS my main focus. The tech/artist he had was very sweet she talked him and I through the whole process. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Went in for more ear piercings - specifically 2 helix and 1 lobe. They were pretty non-stop busy, with a party of 4 ahead of me, and then multiple folks signed up after me. However, the piercer Jeremy, was friendly and professional - even in the face of the holiday rush. He ensured I was happy with placement and my starter jewelry selection before he got started. He pierced each area cleanly (and hygienically of course) and had me wait to ensure I was good before allowing me to stand up. Very affordable and highly recommend taking your kids and yourself to licensed piercing/tattoo shops like this for piercings and NOT places like Claire's. All good and healing nicely so far!

Jeremy is amazing as always! He did my Medusa and vertical labret a few weeks ago and they’ve been healing wonderfully. He was quick and gentle and the pain was minimal. Over the weekend I went in to get my nipples pierced and I was incredibly nervous but as always Jeremy was quick and gentle. The pain was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be and I’m sure 100% of that was due to how good Jeremy is at his job. Jeremy is always kind, supportive, and professional. Would recommend him a hundred times over to everyone he’s the best at what he does!

Blackcloud Tattoo & Piercings is seriously my favorite place ever. I got my belly piercing done by Jeremy back in February and even though I was super annoying about it,it healed perfectly , so I went back yesterday to get my tragus done. Jeremy is honestly the sweetest and makes you feel super safe, especially if you’re nervous. He tells you everything he’s doing before he does it, which I love because it keeps me calm. The shop is really clean and everyone there is super friendly, not judgy at all. My tragus came out perfect and it barely hurt because he’s so gentle. Both times I left feeling so confident and happy with how my piercings looked. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, definitely ask for Jeremy. He’s seriously the best and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my piercings now
